Hi! I’m Anna Madruga, and I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, and dog person from Los Angeles.

I graduated magna cum laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2023 with a major in graphic design and a minor in English. When I’m not reading a 500+ page fantasy book, doodling little comics, or attempting to tire out my 5-month-old puppy, you can typically find me on the hunt for a new spot to get an overpriced oat milk latte.

I’ve been interested in graphic design ever since I was little—even before I knew what it was. While other kids were busy searching the streets for firetrucks and police cars, I set my sights on a more well-designed truck—the FedEx truck, to be specific. Revisiting this old obsession of mine made me realize that the core goal of graphic design is all about making an impression on anyone, and that is the goal I now strive towards with my current work.

I love combining my love of literature (especially fantasy novels) and design into one—I hope you enjoy my current design work!
